Found Paul from this very page. Called him on a Sunday night and he gave free advice. Issue wasn’t fixed so he came round the next day, free of charge. After assessing the issue, he took the PC back to his office. He kept me updated and returned the PC 2 days later. It was a complicated Hard Drive issue, which he was able to isolate, remove corrupted data, and fix. Invoice was presented at a very reasonable price (£40 per hour +VAT). Paid immediately. Would highly recommend for future.

Thanks Paul for a great service, repaired my pc and managed to recover all of my documents, photo’s etc. All within a couple of days and a door to door service all at a reasonable price what more could you ask for really pleased. Thanks again I would recommend you to anyone.

Paul rescued my ageing PC when it blue-screened on me. Even though I wasn’t able to make any of the Windows ‘safe’ recovery modes work, Paul was able to get into the C: drive and fully restore the machine, at least back to a fresh reinstall status. Unfortunately all customisations were lost.
Paul’s fees were also very reasonable. Thank you Paul!
