No Fix-No Fee Policy

 

Our No Fix-No Fee policy means that if we do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or affect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer.

If we are able to resolve the problem or affect the repair, but we are only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting we are not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the time spent to that point.

If we are able to resolve the problem or affect the repair, but we are only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-ROM and/or Product Key, then the customer is charged for the time spent to that point. We are unable to reinstall software on a customers machine if the customer does not have proof of purchase of that software (i.e. CD-ROM and/or valid Product Key)

If we provide a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement of the component, then the customer is charged for the time spent to that point.

The policy does not apply to work related to computer virus problems or to cases in which the computer has been subjected water/liquid spills or to acts of nature.
